ABOUT PATTT RESOURCES
PATTT Resources is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening underserved communities by expanding access to critical resources through indirect services. The organization focuses on community outreach, care coordination, advocacy, and partnership-driven support that connects vulnerable populations to existing systems of care.
By collaborating with local agencies, service providers, and community leaders, PATTT Resources works to reduce barriers, amplify community voices, and ensure individuals and families are informed, supported, and positioned to thrive without duplicating services already available within the community.

How We Create Impact
We measure progress through successful inputs, activities, short, and long-term outcomes; community outreach and engagement, resource mapping and referrals, reduced barriers to service access, and reduced crisis reliance due to early connection and supports.
